Virgin Gym Points Not Given

<p>We joined Virgin last year. When I chacked my points allocation I saw they have not given my daughters points (who is 16) from when she started. We joined virgin on vitality (myself and my 2 daughters) or we would not have received a discounted rate. When I queried this, this is the answer I am given:</p> <p>Dear Mrs Vermeulen</p> <p>Thank you for your email to Discovery Vitality.</p> <p>We tried calling you on the 28th of July 2017 on ********** at 8:50 am and we couldn't reach you.</p> <p>The reason Jade hasn’t received any Vitality points for her gym visits is because she currently does for have a gym membership through Vitality.</p> <p>However, if she is a self-paid at Virgin Active, she can still earn her Vitality points. To record her visits, we need the following information:</p> <p>Identity number<br />membership number<br />home club.<br />When we get this information, we will backdate points to a maximum of three months. We will award her points within four days on receipt of the information requested.</p> <p>She will need to record her visits and earn points by swiping her Virgin Active each time she visit the health club.
