Virgin Active Contract
My husband and I have been on Vitality since 2005 and have been attending the gym always regularly until recently when I fell pregnant and had my son in June last year. My husband was assisting me at home taking care of our new born. Between helping at home and his office responsibilities with the strikes, there where times he couldn't get to the gym to train. The rule of Vitality is to clock 36 times in a 12 month period of which my husband did 35 in the 12 month period. His contract was cancelled upon our return from a 3 week overseas trip this week. This is unacceptable to me as we have been with Vitality for 10 years, diamond status for the last 7 thereof and training weekly on the road and outdoor events. Not having a Virgin active in Hartbee****rt, makes it difficult to stop at the gyms as often as we hoped for, but we try and get our sessions in when on the road. For only short of 1 session, they don't want to assist in keeping his contract running, even through we have been loyal clients for 10 years, and I was looking to take Vitality out for my baby as well when we attend the gym.. seems like they will be loosing my contract and the little-once also. I don't train alone
