Virgin Active Centurion

Hi, I am sorry to do it this way but hopefully Discovery can assists as Virgin Active is a Vitality partner.

I have been complaining about the excessive heat & humidity in the Virgin Active Centurion gym for quite some time now. ITS UNBEARABLE!!!!! one cannot have a proper workout due to your hear rate hitting 100% in the first 5 min of your workout. People are litterally dripping of sweat, you must constantly wipe the sweat out your eyes! this prevents one from achieving an efficient work out. there is no ventilation and due to the swimming pool humid as well.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you assist! this will actually count in your favour as it will make it harder for the people to achieve their goals.
