virgin active and vitality

I was on keyfit plan. I up graded to Vitality.

I used to pay R260 at virgin active. But when I upgraded they cancel my benefit and Virgin active charge me R790 . I went here and there trying to sort out my problem. Only Virgin active to tell me I have to pay R1800 again to activate on vitality. But I already paid that activation amount on keyfit and I only upgraded so why must I pay that amount again. Vitality said they will send a mail to virgin active to let them know that I don’t have to pay the fee , but nothing I end up paying R790 again this month what I can’t afford to pay. And nothing is resolved since the 31st of August.
