Vida e Cafe rewards never work and now expiring??

So we did our fitness stuff - That was fun. <br> Then we earned our reward for being such fitness people - AWESOME!<br> Then we went to Vida e Cafe to get a Chai Latte and Cappuccino - FAIL! <br> <br> Firstly the chick serving us had to repeat herself 6 times, each time i moved closer to hear what was being said, until we could make out that the system is down. Then when we ask why, and went through the 'Pardon Dance', she couldn't give us a reason? We still got our drinks and had to obviously pay for them?? This is the second time we have gone here and there has been this issue. The problem being our gift expires on Wednesday???<br> <br> I understand this is not Discovery's issue really as they don't control their partners, but i feel like you guys need to make better decisions as to who your partners are. If i was engaged to a woman who made me look like an idiot every time she saw my friends i would break it off. This is why I chose my Fiance, you guys should maybe get her number and she can help you in finding a partner like her to help maintain the image I have of you.<br> <br> Please contact me so I can get my coffee, or i'm going to stay grumpy and that's not nice, guys.
