Very disappointed in Vitality and Huawei

I am very disappointed in Discovery vitality. Late last year you decided to integrate with Huawei, I was ecstatic as I have been a huawei user for a long time and had acquired a huawei watch 2 about a year ago as an extra benefit on a contract for my cellular phone. Today I am informed that the watch 2 is no longer able to be used to track my fitness activity due to incompatibility issues. These issues cannot be explained, due to the fact that access has been granted to the Huawei health app which has got all the training data available. It seems that discovery as a company are quick to make promises and claims that they want to help people to get fitter, however change the rules to their own plans willy nilly. If the information is available, why not use it. If it is inaccurate, please prove it. I am very disappointed today. Maybe it is time to look at other service providers for my health needs
