Very Bad service

I was on key fit then asked to be transfered to full vitality . i was also promised that i dont have to pay for the rejoin gym fee as i already paid it while i was on key fit. but to my suprise my account was debited with R900 and when i wanted to find out why i was told that i have to go to the gym and reactivate my membership. to my suprise when i got to the gym i was adviced that i have to pay the joining fee of R795 that discovery advice that i dont have to pay. i m really frustrated as this mean that i will have to loose my gym membership as i cant affor that and i wouldnt have changed to full vitality if that was the case
