Valid vitality reward voucher not valid

<p>I had a Vitality Reward voucher for Kauai which expired on 23 November. As I was out of the country, I only got around to use my voucher on 23 Nov. However, Kauai Menlyn kept saying my voucher is not valid even if I had not used it. I live by myself without a partner or children and therefore no one else could have used my reward. I logged it on the Vitality system on 23 Nov, but is still waiting to hear from Vitality. Ref: ********** 529</p>
