Utterly useless Vitality customer service

<p>Have been waiting for my Pick n Pay Card since January 2016. Countless calls, countless excuses. Absolutely useless, not worth the money they charge you. Last option is now to cancel membership, at least get the blood pressure back to normal.</p>
