Utterly useless

I spend a fortune with Discovery and work hard to maintain gold status on Vitality but am completely unable to make use of the Kulula interface to book discounted flights or car hire. My profile is simply not recognised, while everyone else has not problem logging in. What is the point? We are always being told how wonderfully progressive and digitised Discovery is, but it is impossible to do what should be a fairly fundamental thing.
