Useless Vitality staff

I have now phoned Vitality endless amounts of times to sort out my Vitality. Every call center agent has promised to phone me back...I am still waiting!!! My Vitality is not being debited from my account and I have tried to correct this, even this morning I have phoned them to get bank details to pay for 1 month that is outstanding, I was told I will receive and email....and yet again, I am waiting!!! I have also had endless amounts of issues with Vitality from the start, you guys are really making it difficult for a person to want to stay on Vitality. Discovery should rather cancel such a useless addition if they cant keep up or train their staff to actually get back to you. I need this sorted ASAP, or do I have to phone again and again and again?????? No wonder they have such poor reviews on here.
