Useless service with my Ster Kinekor benefit problem

I am writing this review in regards to Discovery Vitality's terrible service with regards to the Ster Kinekor Benefit.

Throughout the cinema and even an advert before the movie starts, Discovery are advertising their great offer. For over a month I have been having difficulty initiating and utilizing this benefit.

I am a loyal paying customer of the Vitality product and feel Discovery are not holding up their agreement. I have had to email, call and spend many hours over this seemingly small issue and to this day, cannot enjoy the discount when when I go to the cinema's.

I have had to pay full price every time although I am offered this benefit.
