Useless service, lies and bs.

Pathetic service.

I laid a complaint with Discovery after I had not received answers to my complaints on several occasions, where I would raise the query and Discovery would not reply at all.

The person who received the complaint, investigated and phone me saying that they have seen this is true, and that he was sorry this was happening. Staff in that department were obviously not doing their job because they are too lazy.

He asked if I had any issues I wanted resolved now, to which I said yes:

1) I would like to know why this happened ? 2) What you guys are going to do about it?

To this he rep**** yes, and promised to get back to me after a week when they consulted with that department's management.

More than a week later, and nothing, makes promises which are just lies. Utterly useless. I need to get away from Discovery, and am already in talks with management at my company about Discovery no delivery. Soon our 4,000 staff will have other options to choose from.
