Useless service from the call center

I logged an issue that I'm unable to activate the reward partner benefits on discovery webstie since October and till now its not fixed. Now I wanted to book a kulula ticket via vitality and its not working. Been calling the calling center for two days and they keep telling me we will log a query for you my inbox of full of query references. The stupid thing they do is that they send you emails from no reply account and no one knows how to reply to it. Discovery charges tons of money for a useless service.
