Useless service and technical issues
I am at Discovery as I was told we'll be getting benefits, but the service has been pathetic.
1. My wife and I moved to Discovery insure to have our driving tracked only to find out that (without them telling us), they are still working on getting LG phones compatible. Therefore we are not getting any of the benefits for my wife since we've joined. It's been 3 months. I have already posted a complaint - but no response.
2. For my driving rewards (as it seems my super-old Samsung phone seems to be connected), I only get my rewards when they have expired - I recently got 5 rewards, two of which have already expired.
3. And lastly - I recently did a Vitality fitness assessment at my own cost. Only to discover that it is a pathetic structured assessment where I had to sit on a bike and see when my heart-rate reaches 155 beats per minute. I am super-fit and exercise 5 times a week, but I still got told that there is room for improvement and I should be exercising three times a week (and I'm doing 5 times!). Ultimately not getting the maximum benefit, even though I should have if the fitness assessment was properly designed. Super-disappointing.
Discovery needs to do some damage control.
