useless response from vitality. an enquiry has taken four months and still no response. pathetic

useless serice and response from Vitailty. Discovery has really lost its mojo and the service is appalling. i bough a smart watch (garmin forerunner 45) from totalsports in sandton in MAY(!) where i app**** for the cash back at the store. i have now sent 9 emails regarding this, enquiring when this is going to be processed. everytime i get an automatic response saying it will take 2 days for vitality to get back to me.. It is now nearly october! I have enquired so many time (ref nos ***,WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#, WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#, WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#, WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#, WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#) etc etc and NOTHING!!! I have also fphoned numersous times and the standard response is we will phone you back later today. NOTHING. utterly useless. pathetic.
