Useless - Never sorts out the problem since June 2017

Nobody can get a simple job done...... Changing banking details on Vitality system is like impossible to do. Sent all documents (as requested) three time and still not done. Paid on the 23.06.2017-R592.00 for arrears-April & May 2017. 27.09.2017-R1184.00 for arrears-June/July/Aug/Sept. Note till Sept. Now here comes the hopelessness AGAIN. They cancel our vitality due to none payment. When I called them after receiving an email last week regarding cancellation, I get told to pay -R296.00 for 1 month (Oct)which I did on the 21.11.2017 and then the next day I get a refund of R296.00.(which should belong to Sept 2017. Now today I get a email to state that I owe R888.00(Sept/Oct & Nov) Really I give up. Passed hopeless people at Discovery Vitality.
