Useless DiscoveryVitality Agents

I received a call from Discovery Vitality unfortunately i was busy told the consultant to give me a call back later... Next thing i received a welcome letter and minutes later a cancelation letter. When i enquire about this im told to call the cancelation department myself and the cover will start on the 1st of February. I never signed up for the free membership or contracts and according to POPIAct my details were supposed to be protected instead they were exposed.
