Useless consultant asking me to do double work!

How useless are you? You process a claim for my pap smear & pay for it. I then lodge an email query for my points to be allocated, only to be told via a phone call from Fazile that my query has gone to his queue and I must relog this via the Discovery site and I must call the dr to get a claim with the NHRPL codes?! Why must I do this when the records are on your system!? And for him to say he knows the ICD -10 codes and NHRPL codes mean when he sits in vitality!! Why was it not allocated to begin with! Surely your systems are supposed to be linked?
