Useless at client service and resolving client escalations

For the past 3 months its just been issues and I had bought into it so much I was on a 30 week streak on the Active Rewards program. Everything is paid up and they have even double debited us this month, but we still do not have vitality active on our profiles. Tried to purchase at Sportsmans warehouse and the wicode was invalid.
