Useless. Absolutely useless!

<p>After your Apple Watch PR mess, I have been cancelling Discovery products and benefits. Discovery Drive, Discovery Insure, funeral plan, Discovery Miles, Health Wallet, Vitality. </p> <p> </p> <p>I asked you for a quote to pay off the Apple Watch, you asked if I wanted to proceed, I said yes. Lo and behold, you *****ed that up, you are still debiting me on a monthly basis. Why?</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not bother to call me. I cannot print my phone calls. From now on, I want everyting in print. You have my email address. </p> <p> </p> <p>Even assisting with cancelling, you cannot seem to do it right. Like I said before, if you cannot even maintain someone's correct Health Wallet balance or assign the correct Vitality points, how do you plan to run a future bank?</p> <p> </p>
