Unsatisfactory Service

Frustrated that I have not received a response regarding my review for Discovery Vitality. The voucher code for my Vitality Baby gift pack has expired. I KNOW THAT THE WELCOME LETTER SAID IT WOULD EXPIRE IN FEB THIS YEAR but I only realised this when I tried to go and redeem the voucher at Toys R Us recently. I would like assistance in getting a new voucher code or having the gift pack posted. I don't know why this GIFT was not posted in the 1st place. None of the other baby rewards schemes like Dischem and Bankmed offer baby gift packs with an expiry date. Called Vitality Call centre- unsatisfactory response. Posted complaint on Facebook- unsatisfactory response. Posted a review for Vitality on Hello Peter- NO RESPONSE. Discovery really needs to do something about the customer service from their Vitality division!!!!
