Unresolved Medical Aid and Vitality Cancellation

I officially requested the cancellation of both my medical aid and vitality services with immediate effect last year. To my disbelief and immense displeasure, none of these services has been canceled. The ongoing issue has now escalated to the point where I am incessantly bombarded with calls claiming non-payment of premiums for a service I explicitly canceled.

Despite this, it seems that your organization has decided to play deaf and blind to my pleas. This, to me, feels like an intentional act of ****ming—robbing me of my hard-earned money for services I've opted out of. This passed Friday I got a debit order of R399.00 with the description DISC PREM ***. Why?

This situation is beyond infuriating, and I am no longer willing to tolerate this gross mishandling of my request. I demand an immediate and comprehensive resolution. Both my medical aid and vitality services should be canceled forthwith, as originally requested. I refuse to endure any further harassment for payments on services that should no longer be associated with my name.

Consider this a final warning and an urgent call to action. Failure to rectify this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the issue through appropriate channels.

I expect immediate attention to this matter and a confirmation of the cancellation of both services.
