Unresolved constant Membership Cancellation

I have been having the longest issues with vitality and having to pay in twice to activate my gym membership via vitality.

I am at wits end with vitality as there is just constant cancellations of the membership but payment has been made.

I have called in soo many time to manage my membership due to vitality not having transparent or accountable ways of doing things.

I have sent so many POP showing payments made. There is a constant arrears but when I call in then no one can pick up these arrears but then the amount just keeps on getting more and more but I am making monthly payments.
