Unrealistic points goal after a week's leave

I have the Apple Watch deal from Vitality, meaning that I have to pay in for my watch if I do not meet my points goals. I took one week's leave last month to move house, and wore my watch for the week. Of course I got points every day because moving house was quite active. Vitality has now jacked up my points goal to reflect that week, but that points goal is completely unrealistic with my full time job and two children at home. The consultant tells me that they can not adjust it downwards and I must wait 6 weeks of failing to reach the goal for the system to adjust it. So the system adjust up after 1 week, but down after 6? Very unfair Vitality!!!! And completely demoralising. I guess I'll take my watch off for the next 4 weeks until I have a realistic goal.
