Unprofessional

I joined on the phone with a sales agent early June. She told me I would get an email with all my vitality details etc. It is now the 11th July and to date I've received nothing. I've called into the call centre twice and have not been helped. I have no idea of my membership, what it entails or anything of that sort. This has by far been the worst experience for me.
