Unprofessional and appalling service

Appalling service from Discovery Vitality Team namely Zindile Ncikizili, I had questions about my membership that I wanted answered and instead the consultant tried her best to get me off the call. Her responses were rushed, uninformative and very abrupt. Instead of assisting me she tried to s**** me off the call, instead of listening to my concerns. It's not the first time that I have been dealt with in a unprofessional manner and I left it but when it's a continuous thing, I was hoping there service has improved but sadly it hasn't which really gets one disappointed. I'm not sure if the adequate training is giving to staff but that is no way to speak to a client especially if they want product knowledge and something resolved. I know a lot of other people that has complained about discovery's service.
