Unprincipled and inefficient

Don't sign up for Vitality! It's a nightmare to get off the system. I canceled on 10 July 2019, obtained the consultant's name and a reference number and was assured this would be done. Then I noticed the amount was still coming off my account so contacted them on 4 December 2019, obtained a consultant's name and reference number and later received an email saying the membership had been canceled as of 30 December 2019. I canceled in July. In effect six months of premiums have been ****** as one of their emails stated they could not process a refund.

It's not worth doing business with an unprincipled and inefficient company.
