Unjustified increased premiums: Life cover

I am disappointed with the service received from Discovery. I have my medical aid cover with Libcare which now falls under Discovery. In addition to this, I have always had other products dating over 4 years back with Discovery (Life cover, Vitality, etc) which in my understanding are operated independently from the Libcare medical aid. Effective June 2021, I added a new dependent to my Libcare medical aid cover...and somehow, Discovery decided - as a result of this additional dependent to the LIBCARE medical aid - to increase my premiums for Life cover and Vitality. This is regardless the fact that, I have NOT requested any additional changes to my life cover policy and my vitality policy. I have since tried calling/emailing discovery & the agent who has previously sold some of their products to me...I get send from one person to another (Vitality agents refers me to Life policy agents and vice versa). I still have not received help or received a reasonable response from someone who reviewed my profile...It does not make sense to me, how changes made to LIBCARE...now impact my Life policy and vitality.
