Unimpressed with Discovery communication regarding vaccine rollout

I would like to note that that Discovery have been worse than useless in communicating information related to covid vaccines. They were very quick to encourage members to register for the vaccine on their website but not sure why as all those registered or who have gone without registration to vaccine centres have been vaccinated and those waiting patiently for communication from either the government or Discovery actually just need to look after themselves and rely on neither. Expected better communication from discovery in terms of process or options but we’ve received absolutely nothing and we are not alone! Shame on you Discovery - you’re not expected to deliver vaccines but you can be expected to seriously up your poor communication - your members deserve more!! Don’t try to con them you’re looking after their interests when you don’t even keep them updated as to why they wasted time registering on your site!
