Unhelpful and willing to accommodate obvious technical glitches !

I Sent a query to discovery showing them a screen shot of the exercise with an apple watch. The start time (09:07) and the end time ( 09:43), yet the exercise time is 24:46 seconds. I indicated that it does not makes sense and logged a query which was conveniently responded as an apple issue. They send the wrong information as reason, they get the information from the health app and not the watch. So much for promoting health when they will deny obvious tracking glitches. Like technology will never have issues, and that obvious issues as well!
