unhappy vitality client

so im a vitality member, paying vitality every month....the 18th July 2020 was the last time is received cash back on my healthy foods when i i call vitality they log a query and i wait 5/7 days but nothing gets resolved...today is the 3rd September 2020 still no healthy foods cash back,
