Unfortunately not everyone benefits from Vitality

I have joined vitality active in August, grew my Health food rewards from 10% to 25% but until today I have not received any rewards from my Primary selection which is Woolworths. I have made countless calls to Discovery and Woolworths trying to resolve until I decided to use Checkers as my primary which will only take effect next month. To think that I have been buying at Woolworths for almost 3months will no rewards at all. I only get rewards for being active only, at this point I don’t understand why I bothered to signup. The onboarding has been a nightmare
