Unfair treatment by discovery Vitality

On the 25 July 2025 I booked a flight ticket from or tambo to dubai they double my ticket and deduct double amount I called them ad request them to cancel one and refund which on Monday the sended me a mail notification that one ticket is cancelled and I will get my money in 8 weeks then on Friday my visa was rejected the reason was vitality cancelled all my tickets I called them and ask them to buy the ticket for me so that I can get a visa which the refused say they will only refund me after 8 weeks I can help my self by paying for third time to get another ticket and wait for my refund I'm now failing to attend the interview in dubai which hotel was paid my husband also bought his visa and ticket from Saudi Arabia to come and support me
