Unfair Policy

I recently moved from Momentum Multiplier to Discovery Vitality, what a big mistake, my biggest issue is that I cannot remove my mother from Vitality, she is 69 years old and can not receive and points for fitness activities as it is impossible for her to reach these goals, he health is not great either, yet Collectively we have to achieve twice the number of points as a single member requires and this is unfair, yet Discovery does not view this as a problem, further more my Virgin Active Premium gym membership increase from R220 to R320 per month, my Momentum Subscription was R169 vs R239 with Discovery, I feel it was better to stay on Momentum. I do not mind the extra payments, its just going to be impossible for me to achieve the required points, unless it is adjusted to accommodate for members that have their parents on their policy, for a single member Vitality is a lot better than any other product out there but if you have your parents on your medical rather stay away. I feel its unfair that Discovery does this, it clearly makes it more difficult for these members to achieve their goals. Removing my mother with be the simplest solution.
