Unfair Fitness Device Practices

I make use of a Fitbit Surge to track my workouts etc. The Fitbit surge is one of the best fitness trackers on the market. Discovery Vitality currently does not award Vitality points for excercis/workouts that are logged on Fitbit devices. As an example, a workout that i have logged on my device should have earned me 300 Vitality points, however, Vitality does not award these points for members that use Fitbit devices. Thus, for a workout where i should have earned 300 points, i was only awarded 100 points for visiting the gym. This really puts people like myself at a disadvantage when it comes to earning Vitality Points and achieving Vitality goals for Vitality Active Rewards. <br> <br> This was reported via the [Email Removed] email route, however i have been notified that they are investigating this, but cannot provide a turnaround time.<br> <br> In the past, members were allowed to upload logs to the Vitality website to claim points. Why cant this be done for Fitbit devices until a more permanent solution is found? Why must Fitbit users lose out on Vitality benefits?<br>
