Unfair

hi I had cancelled my vatility because of we cannot afford it anymore. So they sent me an email saying that I would lose all existing points and cannot earn more points because I canceled it. I think its unfair because the points accumulated should be usable because those points were earned for the month that they had already taken their premiums for and i feel as long they are still charging me i should be able to earn and keep my points.
