The most pathetic service I have ever experienced. Been trying for months now to get Vitality to notify Virgin Active that I am a Vitality member. You would really think that it's not that difficult? Boy are you wrong! Tell me what is the point of paying for a benefit that is not being received? It seems that your benefits are only to benefit yourselves and cheat people out of more money.
