********* Practice

I, and many others, signed up for Vitality Active rewards and made a 2 year financial commitment based on the probability of achieving goals based on criteria published by you and which would be tracked by devices approved by you.

Now 6 months later you are increasing the activity requirements and reducing the methods to verify that activity. Now we'll most likely end up paying for the \free\" AppleWatch despite doing the same, if not more, activity than we did before.

We entered into an agreement with Discovery where we have up held our side but you continually change everything in your favour and then hide behind fine print. You are morally bankrupt and ********* company that I can no longer trust with my health.

Bitterly disappointed, you have managed to ******* a program that had such promise by your greed."

Hello wikid,

Thank you for your post.

We have decided to make these enhancements to our points structure in order to help our members to improve their health and wellbeing. We still offer you many ways for our members to earn fitness points, and Vitality members won't have to miss out on their Vitality Active Rewards goals.

We are placing more emphasis on data which is both verifiable and clinically relevant, but they can still earn up to 3 000 Vitality points in one exercise session a day by taking part in certain activities with one of our partner devices.

In addition, we acknowledge that these points changes will impact our members on Vitality Active Rewards and we have therefore decided to recalculate every Vitality Active Rewards members' goal in order to account for these changes.

Regards,

Discovery Vitality
