********* - Kholofelo Marutha Does Not Return Calls Or Mails

<p>Voicing my concerns In July 2016, about missing items from my discovery vitality bag, I was informed by Kholofelo Marutha (Executive Relationship Manager) that the Discovery Baby benefit has been changed to the Vitality Baby benefit and that is why the contents of the gift pack/bags are different.</p> <p>This to me was the easy response out as 2 friends have collected their bags in September and October and had received the items that I had missing. Kholofelo Marutha had asked if there was a seal on the bag and to that my response was No seal was present. Since then, no attempt to investigate that the bag that I had received was tampered with.</p> <p>Discovery will always have excuses and each person that you talk to has their very own version.</p> <p>To this day, Kholofelo Marutha is avoiding me and cannot be reached. Makes me wonder how ethical he is.</p> <p>Can he or a more competent person explain why others are receiving the items?</p>
