In June there was a Youthday workout that you could take part with your kids and the kids would get a free mask, in which we did with my daughter. Submitted the claims and after a week or so I received an email confirming if I have received the wicode for my daughter’s mask. However I hadn’t received anything in which I informed them. Nobody came back to me until about a month when another consultant phoned me for something else in which I asked her to follow up. They came back and told me I was supposed to claim within 5 days, in which I told them I did. Then they said actually you were supposed to claim on the website not email us. This was surprising because during the lockdown there’s a message that you can’t claim on the website/app. For all activities claims have been done via email. I’m disappointed at the manner in which this was handled
