I joined vitality and changed my bank account specifically for the fitness device benefit.

Imagine my embarrassment and disappointment when I went to pay and collect the vitality approved device I pre ordered in store and I did not qualify for the discount as promised to me by several Vitality agents.

I spent the entire week completing the requirements.. I spent several hours on the phone with vitality and took time out of my busy schedule to go for the health assessment, I also had to changed my bank account. All these transactions cost money and all for nothing.

Every agent I spoke to deliberately mislead me to join Vitality. I was specifically informed that it is a discount on an approved Vitality device. This is not the case!

The fitness device benefit is not for 75% off a Vitality approved device. It is 75% off R4000 towards a device.

If I knew this I would never have joined vitality or change my bank account. You can find the same product in other stores besides total sports and sportsman's warehouse for cheaper even with the discovery discount.

I wasted an entire week and spent money on nothing.
