Unbelievably bizarre!

<p>I have been a member of Discovery Health and Vitality for 20 years and have been at diamond level for a considerable time. Judging by the numerous complaints of poor, inadequate sevice concerning Vitality on this site, it should be clear that something is seriously wrong. If my experience is anything to go by then one should despair for the future.</p> <p>I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Seriously, this is typical of the useless level of service that may be expected from vitalityinfo@discovcery and the call centre. When will management at Discovery realise that the "fire wall" call centre that they use to protect themselves from their clients will eventually impact on their business - or don't they care.
