Unattainable Vitality Rewards Goal

<p>When I was pregnant from Oct 2015 to June 2016, I signed up for the Vitality Baby programme which automatically doubled all my vitality points earned. I am generally quite active and as a result I made my 10000 steps most days, resulting in 100 points and a bonus 100 due to the baby program. My Vitality goal was pushed up to 900 due to the high amount of points collected weekly.</p> <p>About 6 months after my daughter's birth, the double points fell away and without that, my goal of 900 a week became nearly impossible. I figured after a couple of weeks of not making my goal, this would automatically adjust or average out somehow. I even queried this with Vitality and was told that it technically the system should be doing that. The lady I spoke to logged a call with the behind the scenes people to investigate. She phoned me back the following day, said that I need to complete an official goal review form.</p> <p>The feedback I got was to get a heart rate monitor etc to reach my goal. I think this is very unfair as my goal would never be so high in the first place if I was not given 'bonus points' in the first place. I am a mom of an almost one year old who work full time. I really dont have time for more stuff and I think that I am doing a fantastic job by earning my 100 points daily.</p> <p>I have always been someone who defends Discovery when friends and ***orkers have bad things to say but I feel like with this that I have been let down horribly. Surely there must be a way to fix this?</p>
