Unacceptable Service – Natasha Nkosi & Kagiso Matlakala

I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service I have experienced from Natasha Nkosi and Kagiso Matlakala. On 17 September 2024, Natasha promised to send me a quote, which I have yet to receive. Today, I followed up with her, and Kagiso informed me that she was in a meeting and that he would notify her. I provided Kagiso with both my email and phone number, yet he didn’t even have the courtesy to call or provide any update.

What kind of service is this? It is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I expect immediate action to resolve this matter and a prompt response.
