Unacceptable, ridiculous timelines ad service

I have been following up multiple times to get my refund on my Emirates ticket, Discovery vitality travel / Comair have received my refund from Emirates but have not paid me yet!!!!!! They received the money over a month ago already! And I started the refund process two months ago already. Please let me know who I can contact to escalate? This is unacceptable and ridiculous!!!! My husband who booked the same flight via Travelstart received his refund over a month ago already! What a joke!!!!
