Unable to redeem rewards.

<p>Vitality, at best you constantly broken systems are costing your clients money and causing embarrassment. At worst, you are deliberately denying the redeeming of vitality active rewards and *****ING from your clients. What's the use of working hard to achieve the weekly active rewards if I'm almost never able to redeem them at my local Kauai?!!</p> <p>Me, and probalbly lots of other clients are made out to be fools, holding up lines and have to pay for our supposed rewards out of our own pockets, because all rewards are besing shown as "already redeemed" I demand a refund for the 6 rewards I have so far lost and had to pay myself, due to your useless systems.</p>
