Unable to provide service offered

I was drawn to joining team vitality as I am a avid runner and have no current club. Also the benefits looked quite good. I promptly joined and paid the required R350.00 joining fee. Then the trouble started, 3 weeks and a good couple of phone calls later, I received my welcome e-mail/sms. Then I attempted to collect my welcome pack and found that there are only 3 Sportmans warehouses to collect from, which did not include the sportman's in East London. Now there is a R50.00 courier fee and to top it all off they can't supply me with the vest option which was offered. When I then asked them to then rather cancel my membership I was told they do not do refunds. I have never had such poor service before from any company. How can you offer me something, make me pay for it and then tell me no, sorry we can't help you.
