Unable to Claim Rewards

My husband is unable to sign into the Discovery App. His details does not work when trying to sign into the app on any device. We have contacted Discovery on several occasions, but we have had no solution to this problem. This has gone on for several weeks now, and as a result my husband is unable to claim his rewards.
