UNABLE TO ACTIVATE SHOE BOOSTER AND WAITING FOR VITALITY TO ASSIST ME FROM JANUARY TO NOW

I logged a query regarding the fact that I have no option to activate my shoe booster on 15/01/2021 (1ST REF: ***). To date this is still not sorted and no body is assisting me in anyway. Further to the abovementioned query that is still not resolved, I sent a mail on 25 March 2021 explaining my frustration with vitality and the fact that I am unable to activate the shoe booster. I even received the following: Confirmation of receipt Thank you for your email. A Vitality consultant will respond to you within two working days. Your reference number is ***. (2ND REF) We are now on 08 April 2021 and still no one has contacted me. Your service is pathetic!!!!! And the shoe booster is still not activated.
